Landing is an intensely expressive oil pastel painting of a marsh bird.  This painting is alive with color and texture.  I have never met the medium that I don't like and oil pastels is very high on the list of favorites.  The textural possibilities are endless and the colors are vibrant.  I also love soft pastels and am very proud of my American Artist Award from famed pastelist Daniel Greene.
