Liberty is a charming painting of a small boy celebrating life in the US.  I love to look at children.  I had one of those once but he certainly isn't little anymore.  When he was a child he was fascinated with flags and knew all of the world's flags and had small ones of every country. His flag hobby is one of my favorite memories of his youth.
