Off Shore is a vibrant ocean scene that is filled with light and movement.  The tankers provide beautiful accents to a serene seascape.  My father often used binoculars to watch boats from the shore.  He loved boats and loved being in the water.  Some of my best childhood memories are of the times we spent fishing on the Chesapeake Bay.
