I have noticed that Yoga teachers often tell the class that this is the last Downward Dog of the practice.

As soon as I heard that today I said good knowing full well that the mute button was on.

I always make sure it is on so I don't have to worry about my comments.

Some of that stuff is rough and it is hard to keep from making comments I don't want the excellent teacher to hear. The practices are great for me but not fun in any way.
