It is great to be able to attend an online Zoom Yoga class but I do miss getting together with people in a class.
The problem with Online Yoga is no matter where I put the mat I have to keep bobbing my head up and down to make sure I understand the poise.
Oh well. Great that I can do the poises! Some of them sure are hard.
