For the first time in my life I have been told I am pre-diabetic.

I looked up what people should do to avoid this and I am doing all of those things and have been my whole adult life.

Doesn't seem fair. I am not over weight. I exercise every day and my diet is consistent with what I saw it should be.

Oh well. We all have our problems.
