Did it again

I like to cook chicken thighs in barbecue sauce and have that for lunch the whole week. Sometimes I make a sandwich, sometimes I mix it with pasta, and sometimes I mix it with cabbage.

Anyway, I carefully seal the pan with aluminum foil and put it in the fridge. Many times I have dripped it out of the pan when I looked for a place to put it in the fridge because the foil was not completely around the edge.

I keep it in the pan because it is too much for tupperware. I thought I had finally stopped dripping it but tonight I did it again.

What a greasy mess to clean up. Maybe next time I will be sure to completely seal the pan.
