Easiest Cookie Recipe ever!

I over stocked on peanut butter and wanted to find a good peanut butter cookie recipe.

I can't believe how easy the recipe I found is. You don't even have to butter the pans.

Mix one cup of peanut butter, one egg, and a half of cup of sugar. Separate into twenty-four balls, place them on a baking sheet and use a fork to flatten each one.

They taste great! Too much peanut butter problem solved.
