Our car is parked in the street on our hill and when I opened the trunk to get the few items I bought from the store the watermelon rolled out and took off down the hill.
It is a steep long hill and I figured it would get smashed or run over before I could get it. I went after it and luckily it veered off into the flowers by the mail box of a neighbor.
It had a gash but was okay. I cut it up and tried a piece.
It was one of the best watermelons I have ever had!
