I gave up getting my new scanner online so we trekked on over to the store in Christiansburg and finally got a new scanner in a great box!
What I mean by a great box is it just has one piece of tape on top so if it doesn't work we can easily put it back into the box, put one piece of tape on it and take it back.
Yes! Some things are packaged in such a way that you need some sort of packaging expert to get the item out.
