You know your Yoga class was rough when even the teacher said it was hard.
If it was hard for a young, perfectly fit girl, you know it was rough for me.
Enough Downward Facing Dogs to make you bark and howl at the moon or something else since the class is in the morning.
I am sure the class did me a lot of good but I hope the next one is a little lighter.
