Hope so

Yesterday one of my online Yoga teachers said stairs are good for our hearts.

We have a split level home but I do seem to be on the stairs a lot of the time.

Hope she is right because I am beginning to miss our old home without stairs. Love this house but not too crazy about the stairs.
