The Geek Squad figured out what was wrong and my son got his Facebook account back. He was hacked.
The day before we got help we went around in all kinds of circles but couldn't fix it. The circles worked for the Geek Squad guy.
Took a while but I still don't understand why we couldn't fix it.
Anyway, here's to a computer problem free day I hope!
