How did you like the Serenade?

My husband has never gotten back to a normal sleep schedule since retiring years ago.

He goes to bed late and gets up at 5:00, so in the afternoons he takes a nap.

He has tried forgoing the nap but it did not help.

Anyway, as soon as he started his nap today a loud lawn mover blasted away. Don't think he got much of a nap.
