The oven repair people let us down. We waited all week and gave up calling them.
We contacted someone else and they can't get here until Saturday at the earliest.
I do not like microwave cooking at all. Salmon tastes much better when cooked in a oven. After microwaving it tastes like someone poured water on it and then cooked it.
Oh well. Hopefully we will get our oven back soon.
So much to be thankful for so time to appreciate this beautiful Father's day!
