I guess I will have to call the office

I have had two hospital procedures that I should be able to see the results on the emails they send me. The program does not work.

I just keep getting asked for a code that they send me. When I put the code in I am taken to a page that asks for a code. I tried that a number of times and just got the message over and over again.

The receptionist at the hospital said other people were also having problems with it.

So, back to the old days. I will call soon.
