My Yoga teacher can't meet with us today so I will practice with an online yoga class.
My zoom class is twice a week but I practice every day so I actually have some of my online classes memorized word for word.
If I could depend on myself to hold the poses long enough I could probably just do them without the computer. I know I won't so I will be turning one on soon.
