I'll do that next week

We always have some sort of chicken dish on Tuesdays and I was going to try out Chicken Lasagne with a new recipe that does not have tomatoes in it.

I can't eat regular lasagne because I have become somewhat sensitive to tomato paste.

I can eat spaghetti but not lasagne. Go figure.

Anyway, I decided to try it out next week. Really tired and it looks like a lot of work.

Hoping this recipe will work out for us. I eat so much chicken I should be clucking along all the time.
