Tuesday evening my back was completely pain free. I sat down and did some work on the computer and the pain came back with a vengeance.
I have not been able to do much of anything here due to that muscle spasm on the right side of my back so I am using my left hand to click and scroll.
The right side is still a little sore but it is nothing like it was Tuesday. My Thursday Yoga class helped a lot.
It is the computer. Computers don't like me in more ways than one.
