Workaholics are hopeless. I knew I was doing a little too much yesterday.
My right shoulder was trying to tell me that but like the disobedient little kid, "I dood it anyway."
Oh well, it isn't very bad and I am forcing myself to stay home and not go swimming in the lake. Summer is not over yet. I will get there next week.
