Must be too much screen time

Having trouble with ear popping and pressure in my head, a very mild head ache.

When I get away from the computer it gets better but why do I have it when I go to bed and have not been on the computer for hours?

Also, why do I wake up with a mild headache that goes away very quickly?

Glad my eye check up is soon. Maybe I just need to get glasses.
