Never seen that many before today

I have lived in Radford for thirty-five years and I have never seen that many people on Memorial bridge before today.

They were all taking pictures of Bisset Park under water. There aren't any houses near the New River so no one had to be evacuated but there were cars in the parking lot near the Radford University Dedmon Center that had water up to the fenders.

Very surprised any one left their car there so near the New River.
