New Yoga Pose

Yoga has done great things for my body and I hope to keep at it but Clyde and I like to joke around about it.

Yesterday we thought of a great new pose. It is called the M & M pose. You get into child's pose with your arms outstretched and have M & M's that you can reach.

You do the pose, get an M & M and go to the next pose! Of course, you make sure the practice includes a lot of child's poses.

Great, huh?
