My excellent Yoga teachers are great about variety and today's Yoga teacher hoped the class would be enjoyable.
I liked trying different poses but it was not enjoyable. It was another class that reminded me of a friend who cannot practice Yoga any more due to a horrible accident cutting down a tree. He would love to be practicing Yoga again.
That thought always comes to mind when I am trying hard not to cuss during class. I made it this time! I didn't need to make sure she muted us but I always do.
