Not supposed to hurt

Live and Learn or is it Live and Learn too late. Another Yoga complaint. Yoga is great but I need to remember if any pose is a strain I need to get out of it.


Yesterday I held a pose too long and now the front part of my thighs are quite sore but that kind of pain doesn't bother me like pain in my arm that goes to the center of my back so I am not too upset and will probably get everything done that I want to do.


That was a long sentence.


Time to move on to other things.
