Please don't fall

We just took down a heavy light fixture out front to replace a bulb and noticed the two bolts that hold it up are very small.

I cleaned it out and am waiting for it to completely dry before we put it back up. Part of it is glass and part of it is plexiglass.

If we hear a loud crash we will know what it is. Hope not!
