Sleep Yoga

After Yoga class today I was talking to my husband that I prefer classes that have both standing poses and mat poses.

Today's class was mostly on the mat. Clyde asked if there is Sleep Yoga. I said sure. Anytime you want to use my mat and take a nap on it, feel free!
