So Much Better

My eye hardly has any visible blood in it and I can raise my right arm up with just a little soreness. Yea!

So glad there was not an injury that required a visit to the doctor or physical therapist. As I have said many times, I don't like Yoga but I will be glad to get back to it.

Got to keep the old body going.
