The Good, The Bad, and The Ouch

Won another award! I was placed in the top twenty by the administrator of Homeward Bound on Fine Art America! There were 309 entries.

The bad is I am still waiting on an appointment with the Cardiologist and the ouch is my back.

Couldn't attend Yoga Class today because my lower back is acting up.
