We sent the printer that did not work back with everything carefully placed in the box.
We even arranged the styrofoam pads around it and I was charged a $379.08 restocking fee. The printer was $900.00.
So we could have kept a $900.00 printer that did not work and be out $900.00. This way we are out $379.08 and don't have a printer.
I looked up re-stocking fees and the typical re-stocking fee is 10%-15%. $379.08 is not 10% of $900.00
I will never order an expensive item on the internet again.
