Wow! Not moving out west.

Yesterday I was talking with a friend that would like to move out west.

I could not believe the cost of houses out there.

I am not going to get into any details or specific states but the supply and demand is crazy in some of the western states.

I have lived in Virginia my whole life and don't want to move. I went from flat land to the mountains and love living in the mountains of this gorgeous state.
