Yesterday I was trying to schedule a pick up order for the printer we bought that does not work.
I talked to the robot and answered many questions. Then I must have made a mistake and the robot referred me to a real person and, of course, I had to wait in line.
After listening to some music the call just cut off.
I asked Clyde to talk to the robot. The same thing happened with the robot but he got someone on the phone.
Yea! Sometimes talking to a robot works out.
