Pretty sure I have mentioned this before. When my Zoom Yoga teacher says she has a gentle practice planned that means a tough one. Enough Downward Facing Dogs to make you bark.
Gentle practice is definitely a code word for strong work out. I can depend on that.
Oh well, gentle or tough, I need the practice and am glad to have someone to lead it. No way would I do it on my own. Lots to do before class.
