We were watching Jeremy Wade's River Monsters program last night.
He was trying to find out why some people in a southern part of Africa were claiming a mermaid with reddish eyes and mythological beauty was attacking people.
He assumed it was a large fish and examined the tiger fish. Under water the eyes did seem to give off a glow.
He held up one with huge teeth and said this certainly is not a mythological beauty.
Clyde was quick to chime in, "Oh no? Ask another tiger fish".
Probably right. LOL!
