I mostly practice Yoga to stay in shape but I also Line Dance and take walks.
You really have to keep doing all of them. I hadn't walked in a while and it was hard getting up a steep hill. Started walking more and now it isn't hard.
Don't Line Dance that much anymore but if I don't do that the muscle in my left calf acts up so I am doing more of that.
Yoga helps a lot but I need to keep up other activities, too. Got to keep going!
